How Autodeploytools prices audit planning, risk scoring workshops, and interim support — with starting figures and what moves a quote.
How fees are set
Fees follow the shape of the engagement: number of reporting entities, complexity of revenue and inventory, whether prior-year management letter points must be reworked, and how many workshop days are required on site. We quote in Hong Kong dollars and confirm scope in an engagement letter before kick-off.

These are informational starting points, not a checkout price. Multi-entity groups, overseas components consolidated in Hong Kong, or compressed timelines increase the fee.
What changes the estimate
- More than three material entities in the Hong Kong group
- Inventory across multiple warehouses or retail sites
- First-year audits after a change of auditor
- Incomplete prior-year working papers that must be rebuilt
- Committee briefings that require bilingual materials
Deposits and billing
A deposit of 30% secures the kick-off week for fixed-fee work. The balance is due on delivery of the agreed plan or workshop pack. Day-rate interim support is invoiced weekly in arrears.
What we do not sell
There are no monthly subscriptions, seat licenses, or software tiers. You are hiring practitioners for a defined planning or scoring engagement.
